  • Partnership agreement: GCA will enter into a partnership agreement with you, in which we will work together as partners rather than as client and contractor.
  • Comprehensive service package: This option includes everything included in the Project Coordinator Suite, but with the added expectation that you will be fully engaged and available throughout the project.
  • Hands-on learning opportunity: This option is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of flipping homes, with the eventual goal of branching off and working independently.
  • Customizable split: The split will be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Long term benefit: This partnership will help you learn the ropes of flipping homes, and not use our services in the future.

Property Finder Assist

  • Property identification: We will assist in identifying suitable properties for investing based on factors such as location, condition, and potential for profit.
  • Owner information acquisition: We will assist in obtaining relevant information about the property owner such as contact details, email, phone numbers and mailing address.
  • Owner contact: We will assist in making initial contact with the property owner and establishing communication.

Project Saver

  • Assistance on demand: We are available to provide assistance on your flip project as and when needed, with the terms and scope of the service to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customizable solutions: The level of assistance can vary greatly, and can range from small tasks such as helping to find a flooring contractor, to larger tasks such as taking over the project entirely.
